All seats are reserved and tickets ($130 per person) include a hosted happy hour, multi-course dinner, and full concert. Cliff Colón’s raw expressiveness and ability to channel the purest of emotions into each note sets him apart from the pack. His proficiency and unabashed expression has aided him in becoming a definitive leader and  innovative soloist. Based in the Seattle/Tacoma region, Colón is a brilliant saxophonist continually amazing audiences with every performance. Jazz, funk, hip-hop, you name it…Cliff’s playing is exciting. On February 14 at the Great Hall, this energy is amplified exponentially as his specially curated 5-piece band travels to Central Oregon to fill the stage with upbeat tunes and romantic ballads.

MENU specially crafted for this event by the Sunriver Resort Chefs:

-First Course-
Halibut ceviche with avocado, peppers, pineapple, red onion, tomato, dill and lemon poached halibut served with house made tortilla chips (GF/request no halibut for vegan)

-Second Course-
Oregon mixed green salad with fresh strawberries, pickled asparagus, feta cheese, candied hazelnuts served with a pink peppercorn white balsamic vinaigrette. (GF/Vegan)

-Third Course-
Chicken Option: herb-seared bone-in Statler chicken, fried roasted garlic mashed potato, roasted wild mushrooms and steamed asparagus with rosemary pan sauce.
Seafood Option: Mango Shrimp scampi served over coconut white sticky rice, roasted Napa cabbage, cherry tomatoes and grilled focaccia with lime-honey reduction.
Vegetarian Option: Roasted red pepper ravioli with rosemary cream sauce, garlic butter broccolini and crispy cauliflower
Vegan/Gluten Free Option: Stuffed acorn squash with quinoa, spinach, onions, dried cherries, pine nuts, pomegranate reduction

-Fourth Course-
White and dark chocolate dipped strawberries with peppermint chocolate sauce, berry whip cream and rainbow sugar glass.
