Sunriver Music Festival values our partnerships with patrons and community business partners. Through these key relationships, the Festival can achieve its mission of presenting a world-class musical experience in Central Oregon and nurturing the next generation of artistic talent.

Becoming an individual or business sponsor of the Festival provides a number of benefits:

Every August, acclaimed Artistic Director & Conductor Brett Mitchell leads the world-class Festival Orchestra and soloists in a series of exceptional concerts. Talented musicians from around the world travel to Central Oregon to create the music and magic of the Festival. Each season includes inspiring Classical Concerts, a lively Pops Concert, a Family Concert, plus masterclasses, galas, receptions, and public rehearsals. Venues include the iconic Sunriver Resort Great Hall and downtown Bend’s historic Tower Theatre.

Concert Co-Sponsor Benefits – $3,500 Level 

  • Company logo on all promotional materials for your sponsored concert
  • Advertisement in the Summer Festival program book for ALL concerts
  • Sponsor listing in the Summer Festival program book for ALL concerts
  • Company logo on 2025 Sunriver Music Festival poster (posters are displayed in businesses June-August throughout Bend, Sunriver, Redmond & Sisters)
  • Reserved tickets to your sponsored concert
  • Special recognition at your sponsored concert
  • Company logo on Sunriver Music Festival letterhead (letterhead is used for all correspondence for multiple years)
  • Invitation to private receptions throughout the year
  • Framed 2025 Festival poster signed by the poster artist

Concert co-sponsorship is shared with up to three sponsors per concert. An exclusive concert sponsorship opportunity is available for $9,000 and Maestro sponsorship is available for $12,000. Both levels offer increased marketing benefits.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

Young Artists Scholarship Fund

The Young Artists Scholarship Program has awarded over $700,000 in scholarships to 194 exceptional young classical music students from throughout Central Oregon. Each year, students are awarded between $200 and $4,500 each to assist with college tuition, music lessons, music camps, and to nurture their dreams of becoming professional musicians.

Music Education & School Programs

Sunriver Music Festival is committed to supporting music education in public schools in South Deschutes County. The Festival provides educational performances, music workshops, artist-in-residence programs, funds to purchase and maintain musical instruments, masterclasses with Festival musicians and guest artists, and much more.

Year-Round Concerts:
Valentine’s | Piano Showcase | Holiday

Support year-round programming and community building at the Festival through a concert sponsorship or co-sponsorship (starting at $600). In-kind lodging donations for performing musicians are also gladly accepted.

Raise the Baton

Raise the Baton is the Festival’s premier fundraising party of the year! This lively event helps to raise vital funds for Young Artists Scholarships and the Festival’s world-class concerts. Table sponsorships are available; donations of goods or services for the event are welcome.

Golf & Pickleball Tournaments
Swings fore Strings | Play On!

Golf and pickleball tournament sponsorships offer valuable and creative publicity for your team or business and a fun way to support the Festival’s vital music education programs and concerts. A variety of sponsorships are available; donations of goods, services or raffle items also welcome.
